Who is responsible for checking a state’s highway when a work is completed?
On Kaumuali’i Highway at Kekaha Boat Harbor west of bridge, a company dug a foot-wide trench across both (east and west) lanes and did a lousy job refilling it. It’s not level with the highway.
There is a dip that makes an accident waiting to happen for a motorcyclist traveling in the area. It throws the steering off when crossing the trench area.
Inspectors please check it out and have the company fix it.
