LIHU‘E — There were just five cans of the Rum Rusher Hawaiian Rum Cocktail remaining on the shelves of the Koloa Rum Company Store at the Kilohana estates on Friday.
“It’s Friday,” said Traci Capman, the Tasting Room and Company Store manager. “We need to wait on the delivery to fill the space back up. Our back room doesn’t have any space for storing too much more than what fits on the shelves.”
The Rum Rusher Hawaiian Rum Cocktail, also on the agenda of the Tasting Room adjacent to the Country Store, is a collaborative effort between the Koloa Rum Company and the Las Vegas Raiders states a Koloa Rum Company announcement of the new cocktail.
The launch of the new Rum Rusher Hawaiian Rum Cocktail marks the continuation of a union between the two iconic brands, Koloa Rum Company and the Raiders.
Rum Rusher Cocktail is a result of a dynamic ongoing partnership between Koloa Rum and world-reknown mixologist Tony Abou-Ganim, who was instrumental in crafting the unique and flavorful cocktail.
Boasting 15 percent alcohol by volume, the Rum Rusher is a blend of Koloa White Hawaiian Rum, natural flavors, such as orange, pineapple and lime juice, as well as organic agave syrup.
“The Rum Rusher Cocktail is a testament to our commitment to creativity and innovation,” said Bob Gunther, president and CEO of Koloa Rum Company. “The drink embodies the essence of Koloa Rum and the Raiders.”
Packaged in a convenient four-pack, Raider Nation can purchase the Rum Rusher at multiple liquor stores throughout Nevada and Utah. Additionally, Koloa Rum invites Raiders fans to taste the bartender version of the Rum Rusher at the Twitch Lounge and concourse bars inside Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas.
Individual cans, no four-packs on Kaua‘i, are also available for purchase (alcohol purchases by those 21 years or older) at the Koloa Rum Company Store.
