Kelvin K. Kanahele
Kelvin K. Kanahele, Sr., of Kekaha, passed away on April 15, 2024, at his residence at the age of 58. He was born on March 27, 1966, on Ni‘ihau.
He was preceded in death by son Kelvin K. Kanahele, Jr. and father Roland Kanahele.
He is survived by sons Kelvin L. Kanahele of Kekaha, Kevin L. Kanahele of Kekaha, daughters Shaina Kanahele (Joseph) of Kekaha, Shawna Kanahele (Diangelo) of Colorado, Shyanne Kanahele (Nelson) of O‘ahu, Savannah Kanahele of Kapa‘a, Brianne Dotimas of Kapa‘a, five grandchildren, mother Emalia Kanahele of Kekaha, brothers Howard Kanahele (Lynne) of Kekaha, Michael Kaiwi of Seattle, Washington, Jerry Kanahele of Kekaha, Russ Kanahele (Brandi) of ‘Ele‘ele, sisters Sylvia Nakaahiki of Kekaha, Sandra Kanahele (Aluina) of Pakala and Lisa Kanahele of Kekaha.
A service will be held on Saturday, May 4, 2024, at the Westside Christian Center in Kekaha. Visitation is from 9 to 11 a.m. followed by a celebration of life at 11 a.m. The family requests casual attire and welcomes flowers.
Garden Island Mortuary is assisting the family with arrangements.
