PUHI — Guests to the third Red Carpet Gala enjoyed a “night out on the town” on Feb. 21, 2024, at the Hawai‘i Children’s Theatre Puhi Theatrical Warehouse.
The evening and night of fashion, elegant desserts, champagne and special gold-colored swag bags was presented by the Zonta Club of Kaua‘i as a scholarship fundraiser for the Zonta Club of Kaua‘i Foundation that, last year, distributed $15,500 in scholarships shared by five young women from Kaua‘i for their college expenses.
The Kaua‘i Community Players presented a special run of its “Over the River and Through the Woods” with special dessert contributions by Orly’s Patisserie, Aunty Lilikoi, Kaua‘i Bakery and Zonta club members to accommodate the approximately 50 people who celebrated the night out.
A dozen local businesses contributed to the special swag bags.
The Zonta Club of Kaua‘i extends its mahalo to the board and actors at the Kaua‘i Community Players for hosting and presenting the play, and to all the volunteers and donors for their efforts that made the fundraiser a success.
