New ocean stewardship fund takes effect

Koloa man arrested for alleged assault
LIHU‘E — A Koloa man, who was wanted by the Kaua‘i Police Department (KPD) for allegedly assaulting a police officer on Thursday, was arrested without incident on Saturday.
