PO‘IPU — Alexander & Baldwin announced that the grand opening of Leong’s Market and Grill at The Shops at Kukui‘ula will be on Nov. 15.
Kristen and Russell Leong, with strong ties to the Leong’s Meat House in Kapa‘a, will be bringing their locally caught fish, fresh produce and island favorite poke to the South Shore.
Along the with classic grilled items, the Leong’s grill menu will offer ‘ono Hawaiian food, farm-to-table dining, and the Leong’s market will make available ready-to-eat, to-go options.
“We are honored to be a part of Kristen and Russell’s expansion goals,” said Stacie Chiba-Miguel, the regional manager at Alexander & Baldwin. “As a personal fan of Leong’s Meat House in Kapa‘a, I cannot wait for our guests at The Shops at Kukui‘ula to enjoy a Leong’s plate lunch.”
The Leong’s specialize in grilled local meats and Hawaiian food, including poke, lau lau and custom bento and plate lunches.
