First Tee-Hawai‘i, a junior golf program that teaches kids 7 to 17 life skills through participation in the game of golf, is currently looking for coaches, both paid and volunteer positions, for its program that starts on Kaua‘i in December.
To help individuals get started on the coaches’ path, First Tee-Hawai‘i will be hosting a complimentary Level 1 coaches training clinic on Nov. 11 at The Ocean Course at Hokuala to prepare coaches for the new junior golf sessions, which will start at both The Ocean Course at Hokuala and Puakea Golf Course.
Ahead of the clinic, interested individuals are invited to visit www.firstteehawaii.org to clear the path to the clinic.
