KALAHEO — Portuguese sweet bread, homemade baked goods, handmade craft items, pickled items, fruits, a variety of plants and a pound of kalua pork for $10 are some of the many items being offered when the Altar Society Ladies of the Holy Cross Church open the annual bazaar on Nov. 4 from 7 a.m. to noon at Holy Cross Church in Kalaheo.
KALAHEO — Portuguese sweet bread, homemade baked goods, handmade craft items, pickled items, fruits, a variety of plants and a pound of kalua pork for $10 are some of the many items being offered when the Altar Society Ladies of the Holy Cross Church open the annual bazaar on Nov. 4 from 7 a.m. to noon at Holy Cross Church in Kalaheo.
The bazaar will be held at the church Parish Hall where the church offers its food distributions in partnership with the Hawai‘i Foodbank Kaua‘i.
Proceeds benefit the Altar Society Ladies of the Holy Cross Church, which is an organization for the women of the parish community who care for the liturgical vessels and vestments in the liturgy, provide for the decoration of the sanctuary and altar, and provide an occasion for social activities.
