Kaua‘i High School, in partnership with Kukui Grove Center, will present Disney’s “High School Musical” during the Kaua‘i High School free Homecoming Movie Night on Saturday from 4 to 8 p.m. at Kukui Grove Center. The event, which offers food for purchase, entertainment, local vendors, and games, is presented by the Kaua‘i High School Student Council and numerous student clubs. There is no admission charge to enjoy the activity offerings that will end with the airing of Disney’s “High School Musical.”

Jean Souza, of Kaua‘i Ocean Discovery, said while the facility is normally closed on Mondays, she will be opening Kaua‘i Ocean Discovery so she can be part of the National Day of Service being held throughout the shopping center on Monday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. The event is planned by Kaua‘i Retired and Senior Volunteer Program, Kaua‘i Voluntary Organizations Active in Disaster, as well as Kukui Grove Center.
The National Day of Service event will feature 35 exhibitors booths, including Kaua‘i Ocean Discovery which will have disaster preparedness materials and information available. Representatives of Kaua‘i’s first responders will be recognized as well. Entertainment is from Ho‘ola and Limited Edition, Kaua‘i Band.
