Road closures take place from 9 a.m., the same time the Anne S. Knudsen Park (Koloa ball park) ho‘olaule‘a gets underway. Yes, you need to pay admission to the ho‘olaule‘a that organizers claim is the lowest door price on the island for an event.
Artist Leonora Orr said this is the final week of her exhibit (you need to check out the Queen Lesah Merritt section that has a Coco Palms rendering) at the Kaua‘i Society of Artists gallery at Kukui Grove Center in Lihu‘e.
