Conrado Remedio Pillos Sr.
Conrado Remedio Pillos Sr., of Puhi, passed away on June 24, 2023 at his residence at the age of 83. He was born in Dingras, Ilocos Norte, Philippines, on June 26, 1939. He was an irrigator for McBryde Sugar Company.
He was preceded in death by parents Fernando and Pelagia Pillos, brother Alejandrino Pillos and sister Caridad Taylan.
He is survived by wife Maria Pillos, daughters Luzviminda Pillos and Edna (Edwin) Garcia, sons Wilfred “Willy” (Kumiko) Pillos and Conrado “Jojo” (Leah) Pillos Jr., three grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Friends may visit the family on Monday, Aug. 7, at Immaculate Conception Church. Visitation begins at 9:30 a.m., Mass celebrated 10 a.m., and burial will follow at Kalapaki Bay Memorial Park at 11:15 a.m.

Lynn Jackson
Lynn Jackson, of Kekaha, passed away on June 13, 2023, at the age of 69. She was born in Hawai‘i on July 15, 1953. She was a baker at Travelers Den and Rollin-N-Dough.
She was preceded in death by parents Jerry and Carolina Santos.
She is survived by husband Robert Jackson, daughters Qiana Jackson and Prima (Steven) Jackson-Mack, five grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and brothers Frank and Kerry Santos.
A celebration of life is Friday, July 21, at Lawa‘i Valley Seventh Day Adventist Church, with services beginning at 10 a.m.

Milagrosa Farinas Ramos
Milagrosa Farinas Ramos, 72, passed away on July 6, 2023. She was born in Narvacan, Philippines on Dec. 9, 1950, and worked as a chambermaid at various hotels.
She was preceded in passing by parents Angel and Barbara Farinas and brother Felimon Farinas.
She is survived by husband German Ramos, children Von Ramos, Randy (Joanne) Ramos and German (Kris) Ramos Jr.
A celebration of life is at Immaculate Conception Church on Friday, July 28. Visitation starts at 9 a.m., Mass at 10 a.m., and burial will follow at Kaua‘i Memorial Gardens &Funeral Home.
