There has got to be a better way for traffic management when trimming trees or any roadwork. Saturday 7/15 tree trimming in front of Kauai nursery the west bound traffic trailed all the way back to Omau Rd!!! Letting tree trimmers regulate traffic for to stop. If you’re stuck in traffic missing a flight, work or appointments, call the mayor’s office and DOT.
Oops, I meant east bound traffic on the Westside.
