Thaes road closures should be done without blocking lanes that snares up traffic on half the island! If you’re stuck in traffic try calling the mayor’s office and they’ll give you DoT number. They might get the idea hearing from people stuck in traffic missing doctors appointment, work or plane flight. Enough, there has got to be a better way!
