Jackson Warren is visiting from Iowa, and got the opportunity to watch the Sams brothers, Joey and Jaiden Sams, and Josey Mattos tell shoppers about the Forbidden Valley (it’s in Kalaheo) Pineapple that Jackson said won’t grow in Iowa.
Jo King of Smoky Valley Lotions was stopping the crowd with her Kahuna Montezuma Bowl Bombs that are produced (everything but the spray bottles) locally. Herb said there’s a guy on O‘ahu who uses a Smoky Valley guava recipe for some broke-da-mouth smoked items. Herb said he smokes all kine stuff, like chicken, beef, fish and more.
