Hilda Leandro Perreira
Hilda Leandro Perreira, of Kalaheo, passed away on June 4, 2023, at the age of 93. Born on July 21, 1929, she was a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by husband George Perreira Sr., son Ronald Perreira Sr. and grandsons Ronald (Ronnie Boy) Perreira Jr. and Byron Perreira.
She is survived by children Loretta (Walter) Ritte of Moloka‘i, George (Charmaine) Perreira Jr., Michael (Michelle) Perreira, Thomas “Tommy” (Jane) Perreira and Kris (Wilmar) Sagocio, daughter-in-law Valerie Perreira of Kaua‘i, 15 grandchildren, 43 great-grandchildren, 15 great-great-grandchildren, sister Roberta Rita of Kaua‘i, and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
A celebration of life is Saturday, June 17, at her residence at 4825 Pu‘uwai Road, Kalaheo. Visitation begins at 11 a.m. with blessings to follow.

Carol Jean Robley
Carol Jean Robley, of Kalaheo, passed away on May 23, 2023, in her home at the age of 73. She was born on Sept. 24, 1949, in Lihu‘e and retired from Kaua‘i Medical Clinic.
She was preceded in death by parents Philip and Antonia Robley and brother Robert Robley.
She is survived by brothers Philip (Janice) Robley, John (Lois) Robley and Melvin (Rosemary) Robley, sister Marjorie (Gordon) Arakaki, and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Friends may visit with the family on Saturday, Aug. 19, at Holy Cross Church in Kalaheo. Visitation begins at 9 a.m., Mass to be celebrated at 10 a.m. Inurnment will follow at Kaua‘i Memorial Gardens &Funeral Home. The family requests that flowers be omitted.

Juana Taguiam
Juana Taguiam, of Kalaheo, passed away on May 22, 2023 at Queen’s Hospital. She was born on July 30, 1936, in Santiago, Ilocos Sur, Philippines. She was a former housekeeper at Waiohai Hotel, and a participant in Senior Community Service Employment Program.
She was preceded in death by husband Rufino Taguiam, parents Eugenio and Julia Peralta and sister Pacita Peralta.
She is survived by son Ronald (April) Taguiam of Lihu‘e, daughter Jane (Tony) Garma of Phoenix, grandchildren Kristen Garma, Brandi Garma, Justin Garma, Davin Garma, Aron Taguiam and Alyssa Taguiam, and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
A service is Saturday, June 17, at Garden Island Mortuary. Viewing is from 9 to 10:45 a.m., Mass at 11 a.m., and burial to follow at Hanapepe Public Cemetery. The family requests casual attire and welcomes flowers.

Eric Lynn Teruo Kajiwara
Eric Lynn Teruo Kajiwara, of Waimea, passed away on May 28, 2023, at the age of 69, in Waimea. He was born on Sept. 15, 1953, in Waimea. He was a primary troubleshooter.
He was preceded in death by parents Teruo and Ruth Kano Kajiwara.
He is survived by wife Jaedene Waiala Tremaine Kajiwara, son Jaime “Baba” (Lynnette) Kajiwara of Maryland, daughters Tiani (Ivan) Ruiz of Waimea and Taira “Banana” Kajiwara of Kaua‘i, six grandchildren, brother Calvin (Julie) Kajiwara of Kekaha, sister Lorene (Glen “Slack”) Odo of Waimea, and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
A service is Saturday, June 24, at Garden Island Mortuary in Lawa‘i. Visitation is from 10 to 11 a.m. with a celebration of life to follow. The family requests casual attire and welcomes flowers.

Mark Alan Jimenez
Mark Alan Jimenez passed away on May 25, 2023 in Lihu‘e at the age of 71.
He was born on July 23, 1951, in Hawai‘i. He was a retired fire captain.
He was preceded in death by father Eugenio Jimenez, brother Eugene Jimenez and sister Rowena Tachibana.
He is survived by wife Marilyn “Madi” Jimenez, mother Pacita Jimenez, sons Matthew (Joanna) Jimenez and Jacob Jimenez, daughter Sarah Christine (Lashawn Williams) Bean, brother Ryan (Regina) Jimenez and seven grandchildren.
Private services were held.
