The following are this week’s synopses of shows on KBFD TV, which televises Korean dramas with English subtitles.

Blessing of the Sea
Episode 113 &114; Episode 115 &116 (Sunday)
Today, 6:40 p.m.: Jubo directors presses for Poong-do’s resignation. But their demands are put to rest when Ji-hwan assures them the Goryo Project will proceed with no issues. Ji-hwan takes Chung-yi and Poong-do to Baekchungcho garden. Ji-hwan encourages Chung-yi that she’s the only one who can make the project successful. Moon attacks Pil-du with a broken glass shard but Shi-joon takes the fall. Pil-du asks Shi-joon why and Shi-joon blames him for leaving his mother and loses consciousness.
Today, 7:45 p.m.: While Shi-joon lies unconscious Pil-du visits him at the hospital. Pil-du demands that he wakes up and explain everything to prove that Shi-joon’s his son. Ji-na walks in and tell she urged Shi-joon to take the paternity test and tells him to leave Yeol-mae alone. Pil-du confronts her and asks her if she has the guts to tell Yeol-mae that she’s the mother. Shi-joon wakes up. Ji-na runs away from Chung-yi and ends up on the roof of the building. She jumps saying she’s too tired to run. Yeol-mae tells Poong-do and Chung-yi of Pil-du and Ji-na’s fight. Poong-do find out about Shi-joon’s mother and Pil-du’s relationship from Moon and shocked at the prospect of Shi-joon being Pil-du’s son. Duk-hee is shocked to Ji-na on the news.

Episodes 7 (Monday); Episode 8 (Tuesday)
Monday, 7:45 p.m.: Yeon Joo discover who Han Soo’s father is. She keeps silent in fear that this will drive a wedge between the two. Han Soo plan his next revenge on Chu Young Woo. Chu Young Woo learns of Han Soo’s presence. Ji Sun warns Yeon Joo how futile it will be to fight against his father.
Tuesday, 7:45 p.m.: Han Soo professes his affection for the princess. Han Soo drives in on his target Chu Young Woo through his son, who’s murder they try to conceal. Yoo Je Se severs his ties with unrewarding ally. Eun Soo is under Yoo Je Se’s wings.

Episodes 21 &22 (Wednesday) Episode 23 &24 (Thursday)
Wednesday, 7:50 p.m.: Da-jung begs Jung-hoon to reconsider as her parents are also involved in this relationship. He tells her that he’ll talk to her parents and that he could stay by her side out of indebtedness but whether that’s in her best interest or is another matter. Young-shin confronts Jung-hoon saying he’s discarded Da-jung like an old shoes and she wants no love from him. Da-jung learns that the other woman is Young-shin and is shocked. Young-shin pledges to protect her love that she owed her that.
Thursday, 7:50 p.m.: Jung-hoon apologizes for not acknowledging him before and asks him to look after Da-jung. O-bok gets furious for his disregard for people. Jung-hoon is adamant that all he needs is Young-shin
Gwanggaeto
Episodes 45 (Friday); Episodes 46 (Satruday)
Friday, 7:50 p.m.: Feng Ba warns Ko Un that Damdeok has exploited their friendship all along and that he will surely face death after entering Gungnaeseong. Yeon Salta is aggrieved after seeing his father who lies injured after having tried to flee. After entering the palace, Ko Un sees his father Gae Yeonsu standing before the throne.
Saturday, 7:50 p.m.: Gae Yeonsu and the members of his faction are executed. Damdeok’s supporters insist that he should eliminate the children of the traitors as well, but he finds himself in a dilemma. Ko Un is arrested while trying to recover his father’s body. Doyeong faints after seeing her father’s decapitated head.
