Abigail M. Estacio
Abigail M. Estacio, 87, passed away at home on March 26, 2023. She was born on Oct. 6, 1935, in Waimea. She was an accountant and retired front office manager.
She was preceded in death by parents Lucille and Joseph Ku Malama, husband Ricardo Estacio Sr., daughter Athena Sweet, grandson Jerrick Amaki, granddaughter Lois Bactad, sisters Elaine Parker, Bluebell Kaowili, Alma Nerez, Barbra Westerdale and Florence Ilae, brothers Joseph Ku Malama Jr., Vernon Malama, Llewelyn Malama and Patrick “Paddy Boy” Malama.
She is survived by sons Ricardo (Eunice) Estacio Jr. and Orlando Estacio, daughters Aurea E. Jones, Kym (Jr. Navor) Estacio and Cheryl Estacio, brothers Edmund Malama and William “Billy” Malama, 21 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life is Saturday, May 20, at Salt Pond Beach Park, beginning at 2 p.m. The immediate family will hold a private burial.
