LIHU‘E — The Kaua‘i Interscholastic Federation released its Paddling All-Stars on Thursday with the makeup paralleling the KIF championships that saw teams from three different member schools represent Kaua‘i at the HHSAA championship races at Keehi Lagoons on O‘ahu.
The varsity Kapa‘a boys team, placing three of its members on the All-Stars, represented the boys after clinching the KIF title at the Wailua River regatta.
Similarly, the Island School girls team placed three members on the All-Stars list after representing the KIF girls at the state races.
In the mixed category, each of the participating KIF member schools finished by placing two members on the mixed all-stars.

Boys: Samuel Cotter (Kap. 10), Chase Capelli (Kap. 11), Napela Mokuahi (Kap. 11), Dylan Finch (Kau. 10), Keanu Niau (Wai. 9), Jude Washburn (IS. 10).
Girls: Melela‘i Beck (IS 12), Liko Edwards (IS 12), Mahina Dameron (IS 11), Kylee Camungcao (Kau. 12), Kawena Ventura (Kap. 12), Ambrieal Kanahele (Wai. 11).
Mixed: Alapaki Turalde (WaiB 11), Kahiau Makua (WaiG 11), Atticus Fleming (KapB 11), Trinity Guillen (KapG 10), Kainalu Taylen (KauB 12), Emi Sakamoto (KauG 12), Elijah Enoka (ISB 9), McKenna Kerry (ISG11).
