Faith Campbell of the Wilcox Health Center said everyone is invited to view the Christmas trees and vote for their favorite (hopefully, she’ll send along the results, too) tree that’s on display in the hospital’s lobby (you can even stop at the cafeteria for a healthy pick-me-up at the same time). This is the first time the hospital’s put this on since the pandemic.

And, if the crave for the traditional (ol’ style) Christmas is strong, visit the Grove Farm Museum ‘Ohana Night on Friday from 5 to 7 p.m., where they’ll have the main house decked out in the era of Mabel Wilcox. Mahalo, Paula Rosa, for the tip.
Mahalo, too, Pauline Grace (Joe Grace was home watching Western videos) for that great plate lunch that served as Tuesday’s dinner. And mahalo, Terri Kaniho of Gather Federal Credit Union, for setting up the Laulima Day presentation. It just so happened to coincide with the arrival of the Joe Grace lunch wagon for the day, in the parking lot of Gather’s Kukui Grove Village West headquarters.
OK, it’s Friday, so time to check out Rainbeau Jo’s new digs on the corner of Rice and Umi streets (they’re closed Wednesday and Thursday). Is there one of those Mo‘olelo Murals Hawaiian Telcom fiber distribution hubs close by?
