KAPA‘A — Coinciding with holiday shopping, and particularly Small Business Saturday shopping, the Kapa‘a Business Association announced the recent launch of its online, local shopping resource, the Shop on Kaua‘i Website, kbakauai.org/shop-on-kauai.
“We are excited about the opportunities that the KBA’s Shop on Kaua‘i website will provide to local Kapa‘a businesses,” said KBA President Jacqueline Manibusan.
Shop on Kaua‘i is a collaboratiove effort between the Kapa‘a Business Association and nearly 40 Kapa‘a businesses that offer a wide range of items, including local services, clothing, art, food and drink, floral, weddings, photography, motorsports, jewelry and more in one location.
The ease and convenience of the online shopping resource can be tested on the 2022 national Small Business Saturday initiative by shopping local without the hassle of parking and traffic.
“We are also encouraging our regular visitors from the mainland to visit the website, kbakauai.org/shop-on-kauai, and bring a little Kaua‘i home for the holidays by purchasing local holiday gifts for family and friends,” Manibusan said.
Tlhe new Shop on Kaua‘i website is also linked to the newly created Kapa‘a Business Association website.
Jim Saylor Jewelers, Sole Mates, Orchid Alley, Kaua‘i Marine &Mower, Paradise Services of Kaua‘i, Kalani Joe’s Hawaiian Weddings, Dophin Touch Wellness Center, Kaua‘i Powersports, Haz Marble &Tile, Kaua‘i Gourmet Nuts and Tasting Kaua‘i are just a few of the businesses on the website.
“Under our new KBA leadership, we have linked the SOK site to the KBA website that has been upgraded,” said KBA Executive Director Michelle Miller. “KBA members participating in the Shop on Kaua‘i website have their websites also linked to the new SOK site.”
