Following are this week’s synopses of shows on KBFD TV, which televises Korean dramas with English subtitles.

Blessed by the Sea
Episode 1 &2;
Episode 3 &4 (Sunday)
Today, 6:40 p.m.: Like in the Korean folktale Shimchung, where the heroine sacrifices herself for her blind father, later to be blessed by the god of sea, the heroine of Blessed by the Sea, she survives the drowning and carries on with help of others. Poong-do becomes color-blind from the shock of losing his father. Whereas Chung-yi has the eyes that sees minute details of colors.
Today, 7:45 p.m.: Poong-do and Chung-yi have a run-in as Poong-do mistakes Chung-yi as his stalker. Poong-do who can only see black and white, sees Chung-yi in yellow outfit. This gets him questioning why he can see only her in color. Chung-yi is devastated seeing Shi-joon professing his love for Ji-na.

Monday, 6:45 p.m.: Young Hee cooks for her family and tells Sang Jin her decision. Young Hee takes the chef’s test. Young Hee tells Su Cheol she wants to live again with Jung Hyo’s help. Sang Jin refuses to give Young Hee a divorce.
Tuesday, 6:50 p.m.: Sang Jin goes to Ok Ja’s and gets into a brawl with Ok Ja’s stepchildren. Se Young steps up for Sang Jin. Min Soo and Young Hee fight like a real family. Su Cheol is faced with Yeon Ji. Jung Hyo musters up your courage to face the rumors.
Secret House
Episodes 33 &34 (Wednesday);
Episode 35 &36 (Thursday)
Wednesday, 7:45 p.m.: Sook-jin kidnaps Seol to blackmail Ji-hwan. Ji-hwan finds out Sook-jin was behind the kidnapping. While persuading Tae-hee out of marrying Ji-hwan, Joo-hong tells her the truth about Seol. Ji-hwan is arrested. Tae-hyung’s lie has been exposed.
Thursday, 7:45 p.m.: Sook-jin has Tae-hee taken by Yang Man-soo. Tae-hyung becomes an assemblyman. Ji-hwan rescues Tae-hee and brings her home to everyone’s shock. Ji-hwan and Tae-hee register their marriage. Sook-jin and Tae-hyung scheme again to rid of Ji-wan.
Uncontrollably fondness

Friday, 7:50 p.m.: Junyeong has acknowledged his relationship with Yoona. No Eul continues his documentary regardless. Eunsoo feels threatened by Jun Yeong’s presence. No Eul hears of Jun Yeong’s accident. No Eul agrees to give Junyeong a chance.
Saturday, 7:50 p.m.: Junyeong let’s Yeongok know his disappointment about her not showing up to the event. Jungeun remembers the accident while talking to her father. No Eul sees Assemblyman Choi and steps on the gas pedal.
