KALIHIWAI — The county Department of Public Works announced that portions of Halaulani Road in Kalihiwai will be closed until Nov. 15, weekdays, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., for road resurfacing work. One lane will remain open to accommodate alternating traffic in both directions.

Kapa‘a
w Portions of Mailihuna, Hau‘a‘ala and Kawaihau roads will be closed, and detours will be put in place, from Monday throguh Friday, Nov. 14 to 18, from 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., as construction of the new roundabout continues.
Wailua
w A right-shoulder closure and narrowed lanes of Kuhio Highway are possible in the southbound direction between mile markers 5.7 and 6.7, in the vicinity of Leho Drive and the Kapa‘a bypass road, for the Kuhio Highway Short-Term Improvements. Full closure of both lanes is possible in either direction of Kuhio Highway between Kuamo‘o Road and the Kapa‘a bypass road for Kuhio Highway Short-Term Improvements, Monday through Friday, Nov. 14 to 18, from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Wailua Bridge improvements may also take place during work hours in this area.
Koloa
w A portion of Maluhia Road in Koloa will be closed Monday through Friday, Nov. 14 to 18, from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., to continue grass cutting and shoulder maintenance work in the area.
Lawa‘i
w Lane closures will occur on Iwipo‘o Road, between Koloa Road, on Monday through Wednesday, Nov. 14 to 16, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., for road resurfacing work.
