LIHU‘E — Everyone is invited to the Taste of Kaua‘i High on Nov. 4 from 5 to 8 p.m. at the school’s west courtyard.
The event showcases the school’s culinary and hospitality programs’ students and skills they learned during their tenure with the programs, and includes a silent auction, craft vendors, entertainment, prize giveaways and ono food.
Sponsorship opportunities are available for businesses or groups that would like to donate to the program.
“Our goal is to raise funds that will support the hospitality and tourism and culinary students for their much-needed educational activities and travel expenses to explore the opportunities in the industry, and build partnerships within the community,” said Paulene Kazandra Palalay of the hospitality class. “Our students are engaged in the program, and have made a commitment to invest their education into the hospitality and culinary pathways.”
