Kaua‘i’s seven-day COVID-19 case average increased slightly this week to nine cases a day, compared with eight cases a day last week.
The test positivity rate on Kaua‘i is 9.9 percent, compared with 6.3 percent statewide.
In September, the island reported two new COVID-19 deaths.
