Kaua‘i police seek help in locating a missing woman
LIHU’E — The Kaua‘i Police Department said Wednesday it is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing 64-year-old woman.
Cheryl Subish, of Anahola, was last seen in Lihu‘e on Tuesday walking near the bus stop on Eiwa Street at noon. She was wearing blue jeans, a white and black zebra print shirt, and carrying a purse at the time.
She was reported missing on Wednesday, the police department said in a news release.
Subish stands 5 feet, 7 inches tall and weighs approximately 165 pounds. She has brown eyes and brown hair.
Anyone with information about her whereabouts is asked to call KPD Dispatch at 241-1711. To make an anonymous tip, visit Crime Stoppers Kaua’i at www.cskauai.org.
This is eerily similar to the missing Koloa woman last, Joddielynn Taylor, who was later found deceased. That murder case was never solved and we’ve never heard much about it since it happened. That case happened at around the exact same time last year as this.
So many unsolved murder cases here… KPD, what’s going on??!
