‘ELE‘ELE — The Kaua‘i County Housing Agency is seeking a development partner to construct the first 38 single-family homes in the county’s Lima Ola affordable housing subdivision in ‘Ele‘ele.
Interested parties must be registered as public purchase vendors and can view the request for proposal via the link to public purchase provided at kauai.gov (click on “Bids & Proposals”) or visit publicpurchase.com. New vendors may use these links to initiate the registration process.
The deadline to submit a proposal is Nov. 30, 2022.
Lima Ola is a 75-acre workforce-housing project. When complete, the first will consist of 111 multi-family rental units and 38 single-family homes to be sold to qualified Kaua‘i residents. The total project, spanning four phases, is slated to provide between 530 and 620 multi-family and single-family affordable-housing units. The infrastructure for the first phase was completed in Jan. 2022.
