Anchor Cove is located on Kalapaki Bay, minutes from Nawiliwili Harbor where approximately 215,000 cruise-ship passengers arrive annually.
It is also minutes from the Golf Course at Hokuala. There is a walking path stretching from the Royal Sonesta Kaua‘i Resort Lihu‘e and the Timbers Kauai Ocean Club that leads directly past the center to Nawiliwili Harbor.
The ABC Store is among the current tenants.
Leasing opportunities for retailers range from 546 to 8,410 square feet. The center features beachfront retail spaces with great visibility, ample parking and upcoming renovations.
The anchor space opportunity is the former iconic JJ’s Broiler restaurant. The 8,410-square-foot oceanfront restaurant has multiple stories with outdoor seating.
