HONOLULU — The state Judiciary announced new Family Court filing fees in paternity actions, per an action of the state Legislature that took effect June 17.
The petition fee is now $265, that includes the initial filing fee of $100, a surcharge of $65, a computer system surcharge of $50, and parent education surcharge of $50.
There is no filing fee for motions.
