LIHU‘E — Jian Ballesteros of Lihu‘e, Graham Morgan of Kilauea, Caleb Taba of Kalaheo, Renyn Lee of Kapa‘a, and Lauryn Lee of Kapa‘a will be among the field of golfers participating in the Hawai‘i State Junior Golf Association and First Tee Hawai‘i 14 and Under JTS Kaua‘i that starts Saturday and continues through Sunday at the Wailua Golf Course.
LIHU‘E — Jian Ballesteros of Lihu‘e, Graham Morgan of Kilauea, Caleb Taba of Kalaheo, Renyn Lee of Kapa‘a, and Lauryn Lee of Kapa‘a will be among the field of golfers participating in the Hawai‘i State Junior Golf Association and First Tee Hawai‘i 14 and Under JTS Kaua‘i that starts Saturday and continues through Sunday at the Wailua Golf Course.
Junior golfers, age 7 through 14 years old from across the state will compete in the 14 and Under JTS – Kaua‘i where play from the 36-hole stroke play competition will distribute points for the HSJGA Player of the Year, and award entry to the coveted HSJGA Tournament of Champions on Maui in December, an event that is by invitation only to first place finishers throughout the season.
Ballesteros, Morgan, and Taba will be participating in the Boys 13-14 flight that tees off Saturday starting at 11:30 a.m.
Renyn Lee will be among the Boys 11-12 flight, sharing the course with Leo Saito of Hilo, Hawai‘i, and Benjamin Penzes of Honolulu.
Lauryn Lee will be in the Girls 7-10 flight along with Audrey Fujikawa of Mililani, O‘ahu and Makayla Yonemura of Waipahu, O‘ahu.
