There’s are by far the WORST roads anywhere. I wouldn’t have these guys fill a pothole in my drive! Several guys standing around watching, someone shoveling some soft asphalt into a wet hole, no compacter, usually lasts until the next rainfalls..people avoiding the holes, dangerously, almost head on with the coming traffic???? DPW….lowest rating work anywhere..must be good pay to lean on a shovel!
