Hanalei Bridge open, flash flood watch issued for Kaua‘i

LIHU‘E — A flash flood warning has been canceled for Kaua‘i County by the National Weather Service. A flash flood watch remains in effect until 6 a.m. on Wednesday.

Around noon Tuesday, closed Kuhio Highway was closed in the vicinity of Hanalei Bridge. It reopened around 2:50 p.m.
