Lane closures scheduled for Kolo and Kilauea roads

KILAUEA — Sections of Kolo and Kilauea roads in Kilauea will be under one-lane closures on Thursday and Friday, Feb. 3 and 4, from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., weather-permitting, the county’s Department of Public Works and Shannon & Wilson announced Monday.
The one-lane closures are necessary for boring installation work to obtain data for a future project.
