LIHU‘E — Friday, the Hawai‘i State Department of Health Kaua‘i District Health Office announced 269 new cases of COVID-19.
This brings the county’s active, recorded case count to 924, with six hospitalized. To date, the county has recorded 8,552 cumulative cases.
Saturday, Ho‘ola Lahui will host community clinics at their health centers in Waimea and Kapa‘a, from 9 to 11 a.m. These clinics are open to ages 5 and up, and walk-ins are welcome.
The county’s free mobile testing van, which is limited to 100 tests per day, will be at the Hanalei Neighborhood Center on Saturday.
