These rising numbers means hundreds are now walking around infected, hopefully all are staying at home. Shopped at Safeway Kapaa , not even bothering to wipe the shopping carts anymore. Glad I’m a 3x because it looks like we’re all going to get it.
Congratulations, Mr. Mayor. Having bowed to the businesses that have you on their payroll, you’ve opened up our island to what will eventually start putting kids in the hospital. Are you reading the news from New York at all? Do you have any idea what the delta and omicron variants are doing to children there and how sick it’s making them? I guess enough keiki have to start showing up with permanent lung, liver, and brain damage before you start limiting crowds and enforcing quarantine for infected people.
The type of cases reported should be named as to which virus, such as Omicron which is not a virus to be afraid of and not necessary to get the shot. The way it is reported is very misleading .
