Ernest Roy Mindoro Jr.
Ernest Roy Mindoro Jr., of Kalihi, O‘ahu, passed away on Sept. 3, 2021, at Kuakini Hospital, at the age of 73.
He was born on May 30, 1948 in Honolulu, and retired from Lihu‘e Plantation.
He was preceded in death by parents Ernest and Bebincia Mindoro Sr. and twin granddaughters Daylene and Gaylene.
He is survived by wife Mary Lou Mindoro of Hanama‘ulu, daughter Destiney of Kalihi, O‘ahu, son Donovan Mindoro of Hanama‘ulu, granddaughters Desley (Casey) Edboi-Ebinger of ‘Ai‘ea, O’ahu, Gezley “Gigi” (John Aiwohi Jr.) of Mililani, O‘ahu, Dezlynn (Rondel Nabua) of San Diego, grandson Gerett “Braddah Boy” Ebinger Jr. of Kalihi, O‘ahu, brothers Alan (Candy), Clifford (Leilani) and Micheal (Cindy), sisters Crystal (John) Song and Lorelei Mindoro of O‘ahu and Cecilia (Rudy) Verdugo of San Pedro, California, two great-granddaughters, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Services are at Immaculate Conception Church at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 23.
Scattering of his ashes will be at 10 a.m. on Sunday, Oct. 24, at Ahukini State Recreational Pier.

Fay Kahealani Molabe-Hutton
Fay Kahealani Molabe-Hutton was made an angel on Oct. 7, 2021. She was born on Oct. 18, 1965 in Waimea.
She was preceded in heaven by father Andres Molabe, grandmother Aquilina Aguiran, sister Audrey Leialoha Molabe and aunt Carolina Sagucio.
She is survived by husband Patrick Hutton, mother Remedios Molabe, sister Aileen (Ivan) Kubo, brother Andres Molabe, nephews Braeden and Ashton Molabe, fur baby Kuma, and numerous cousins, aunts and uncles.
A walk-thru visitation is from 9 to 10:30 a.m., with service to follow, at Garden Island Mortuary on Saturday, Oct. 23. The family suggests casual attire. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, face masks and social distancing are required.
