Thank you first responders for helping!
I am wondering if all of the expense for these tourist rescues are paid for by the injured person’s insurance or if it is paid for by the people of Hawaii/Kauai?
And who pays for all this?
County. All unqualified. So FEMA funds still in use.
What matters is, people’s lives were saved! Shocking to see how humanity has changed. We wouldn’t be asking this question, if it was us or a loved one being saved. Don’t lose your human touch people.
So we pay for their stupidity & ignorance.. definitely a broken system. People need to know their limits & stay within their capabilities. But, they need to strive for that perfect Instagram shot..
