Stacie Chiba-Miguel said all participants had vaccine clearance or cleared test results, and Pillare Mukai did get the new Yeti cooler addition that pushed contributions for The Shops at Kukui‘ula scratch cards. Pillare said there’s a few more days people can get the scratch cards (will they be available at the pop-up farmers’ market at The Shops at Kukui‘ula Wednesday?) and be eligible for the drawing for that fancy Yeti.
Mike Wallace and the Premier Restoration Hawai‘i ‘ohana picked up the tournament’s title sponsor honor with that fancy “lounge” overlooking the 17th hole tee box with the mobile DJ and the Big Monster crew providing sushi Thai fuel for the shot over the he‘iau. The red cart was busy with the “stoppage at 17.”
Kudos to all (there were a whole bunch of ‘em, including Chantal Zarbaugh, who was closely monitoring the number of little bottles against how many more golfers? and the Jim Braman ‘ohana, who discovered great findings for lei making at the Jello shots station, where Jenny Waiwaiole Vega is already looking ahead to Halloween. No, Samira said we need to first sign up for the Virtual Charity Walk that starts today and continues through Sept. 12.
