WAILUA — The county Department of Water announced a water shutdown on Kaulana Road and a portion of Kihei Road, from the intersection of Kihei Road and Kaulana Road to the north end of Kihei Road, in Wailua Houselots, on Wednesday from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., weather-permitting.
WAILUA — The county Department of Water announced a water shutdown on Kaulana Road and a portion of Kihei Road, from the intersection of Kihei Road and Kaulana Road to the north end of Kihei Road, in Wailua Houselots, on Wednesday from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., weather-permitting.
The shutdown will allow DOW to conduct water-line improvements on the Kapa‘a water system.
Customers located in the affected service area are advised to prepare for the shutdown by taking the following steps:
• Store water to meet needs until service can be restored;
• Share this information with affected neighbors, family and friends.
Those with faulty water heaters should ensure their water heaters do not empty.
