LIHU‘E — For the second straight week, Da Killas forfeited its matchup in the Kaua‘i Senior Softball league that contested six matches between the Hanapepe (Hanapepe Stadium complex) and the Kapa‘a (Bryan J. Baptiste Sports Complex) fields under clear, if not windy, conditions.
The Rookies, facing the Aloha Kia Lihu‘e A’s this Saturday, continued its dominance on the field with an 18-6 technical knockout over the Keonimana Gents, and the Hanama‘ulu Hillsiders, enjoying a bye this Saturday, were a run better than Kuku’s Aces in the Hanapepe heat.

The contests continue in the second round Saturday when three games each at the Wailua Hosuelots Park and Kaumakani fields. The Killas already announced its forfeit to the East Kaua‘i Legends.
