LIHU‘E — County officials are reminding Kaua‘i property owners that the extended deadline for the second installment of real-property taxes for the 2020-21 tax year are due Friday, April 23.
LIHU‘E — County officials are reminding Kaua‘i property owners that the extended deadline for the second installment of real-property taxes for the 2020-21 tax year are due Friday, April 23.
Payments can be made online at kauairpt.ehawaii.gov, by mail, in person, or at a drop box located outside the Kapule Building at the Lihu‘e Civic Center.
Checks should be made payable to the Director of Finance.
Failure to pay real-property taxes by the due date will result in a 10% penalty, as well as 12% interest per year.
