And where’s the sash, Chaz Sasil?
And where’s the sash, Chaz Sasil?
Chaz was on hand with Oeita Kauakahi (she’s got her own recycle project using discarded bed mattresses) and Brooke Frazier at the Coldwell Banker realty office at Po‘ipu Shopping Village getting excited about that one-of-a-kind, More Responsible Business Award that Monika Mira of More Responsible Living presented to Kristal Muhich of the Kaua‘i Juice Company (what’s the name of that blue juice that matched Monika’s eyes and shirt?).
Congratulations, Kristal and all the Kaua‘i Juice Company (yes, Michelle Spiess, you count, too) ‘ohana on the award.
Michelle Panoke of the Hawai‘i Foodbank Kaua‘i Branch was enjoying the Koa‘e Makana community room (that’s what Tracy Hefferon called it) while waiting for clients to collect Commodity Senior Food Program kupuna food boxes (Michelle said they have a wait list for this program). The other members of the Hawai‘i Foodbank Kaua‘i Branch were at Waipa (did Morgan Lopez make it?) with a community food distribution.
