LIHU‘E — In observance of Presidents’ Day, Mondy, Feb. 15, County of Kaua‘i offices will be closed, along with the Kekaha Landfill, all refuse transfer stations, the Puhi Metals Recycling Center, all HI-5 redemption centers, and all the neighborhood centers.

The Kapa‘a and Waimea swimming pools, which are generally closed on Mondays, will observe the holiday on Tuesday, Feb. 16, and will resume regular hours on Wednesday, Feb. 17.
The schedule for residential refuse pick-up remains unchanged.
The Kaua‘i Bus will be operating on its regular schedule on the holiday.
Regular business hours for county offices and services will resume on Tuesday, Feb. 16.
