Teacher jobs to be eliminated
Some bad news. Seven of us employees at Kaua‘i High School were told our jobs will be terminated in June 2021 due to Hawai‘i Department of Education budget cuts from reduced revenues caused by the COVID pandemic. Four KHS teachers, one vice principal and two classified employees will be terminated, we were told.
The good news is Governor Ige has brilliantly balanced the state budget by creating furloughs for all state employees so no teachers will have to be fired. This was a miracle of mathematically calculating only about 10 % decreased work hours will mean zero/no Hawai‘i teachers have to be fired. Firing teachers brings financial devastation to their families.
The solution to this problem is our noble Ige has to communicate with our beloved Superintendent Kishimoto, who was misled to believe at least some teachers have to be fired to balance the state budget. Our response to the COVID pandemic is continually evolving, which means it is not too late to implement harmonious solutions like restoring lost jobs whenever possible.
Students love their teachers because teachers out of love and respect for their students teach their students the basic knowledge to live happy and successful lives.
I am a Massachusetts-licensed elementary teacher in good standing who taught traumatized special-education students. My teaching these champion kids brought them joy and success. I don’t believe the Massachusetts Department of Education would non-logically fire any excellent teachers during COVID-19 if the governor of Massachusetts balanced the Mass. DOE budget.
Everyone agrees. Governor Ige has balanced the budget by decreasing the work time of state employees by 10% so no teachers at Kaua‘i High School and at other schools have to be fired.
Now is the time, please, for Governor Ige and Superintendent Kishimoto to communicate and cancel the irrational teacher terminations in the healing spirit of creating a friendly, happy and successful community. This is the most intelligent strategy aimed at creating happier schools and a successful and safer Hawai‘i economy while the medical community vigilantly works to defeat the COVID virus. The governor has wisely explained he created furloughs so no state employees would have to be fired. This reduces the stress level of the families of the terminated teachers and the students who have lost their beloved teachers.
I was the manager of a men’s chronic-disease clinic. We had famous people come from all over the world to our successful clinic. One of the medical strategies to cure diseases like cancer was to work out making patients joyful and to reduce their stress levels. Like this, the governor’s furlough plan to prevent job firings makes teachers and students happier and less stressed, which is a good defense against the COVID pandemic. On the other hand, stressing out good employees by firing them when the budget is already balanced compromises the immune system, which makes it more difficult to heal.
Thus it is absolutely clear. Governor Ige’s furlough plan balanced the budget, and by reducing stress by eliminating job terminations helps to create a healthy, happy, loving and successful community.
Our hero Gary Hooser has also clearly explained that the Hawai‘i state Legislature can also create rational financial solutions to help the governor eliminate the state’s financial problems caused by the pandemic.

The Manchurian Candidate
A question barely asked and should be answered before Joe Biden takes office is “What was China getting from Hunter Biden for its money?” It’s a puzzle. Clearly Hunter has no skills or expertise that warrant payments of the millions he received.
The ongoing hypotheses — that it was for access to his father — “The Big Man” — or it was for “political favors,” doesn’t quite add up. First we have to ask, “What favors?” Second, much of the money was paid in the period of 2017-19 when Joe had little or no political leverage to speak of. There are too many puzzle pieces missing or that ‘don’t fit’ to satisfy that hypotheses.
Let’s consider another hypotheses where all the puzzle pieces do seem to fit: The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) was paying Joe to run for president of the United States — to be a candidate. That’s all. The CCP, with its partners, would employ its resources in the U.S. to get Joe elected.
Let’s look at some of the puzzle pieces for this hypothesis: The established strong ties between Biden and the CCP; the timing; the CCP discontent with Donald Trump; the $400 million that the CCP (reportedly) paid Dominion just weeks before the election; the masterfully-planned stolen election (alleged, of course); CCP infiltration of American institutions and digital systems; the ‘political’ aspect of China’s “Unrestricted Warfare” philosophy; Joe’s choice of all pro-China Cabinet members.
Then, of course, there’s Kamala Harris — a push-over for the CCP. These puzzle pieces, and more, fit snugly together to paint President-Elect Joe Biden as the real-live Manchurian candidate.
Find a piece that doesn’t fit and we can strike this hypothesis out. Until then, we should take it very seriously. It wouldn’t do to have the Chinese Communist government controlling the commander in chief of the United States armed forces. That would be worth $ billions to the CCP, wouldn’t it? If this hypothesis turned out to be the case, the day that Joe Biden is sworn into office is the day that Red China conquers the United States of America.
