LIHU‘E — Hualani’s restaurant at Timbers Kaua‘i is donating 10% of proceeds on two consecutive nights to the Kaua‘i Independent Food Bank and Sustainable Coastlines, Tuesday, Dec. 29, and today, Wednesday, Dec. 30.
The resort continues to be partners with both organizations.
The restaurant plans on making this promotion an annual event.
“Giving back to the Kaua‘i Independent Food Bank year-round is important to Timbers Kaua‘i, but even more so during the holidays, as this is especially important to ensure our communities are fed and with malama,” said Bret Robins, director of sales and marketing with Timbers Kaua‘i.
A portion of Tuesday’s proceeds will go to KIFB, while 10% of proceeds generated today will go to Sustainable Coastlines.
“The Kaua‘i Sustainable Coastlines is an essential partner of Timbers Kaua‘i, as this organization of volunteers is passionate with their hands-on beach cleanups and educational programs to ensure Kaua‘i’s beaches and cherished coastlines are in the pristine condition they deserve,” Robins said.
