Kaua’i real estate agent Milo Spindt will join Elite Pacific, LLC as the company’s new Property Management Broker-in-Charge.
Elite Pacific LLC, which just merged with Hawai’i Commercial Real Estate earlier this week, feels this will allow their company to continue to expand its business.
“Our growth and success are founded on attracting the highest quality of agents and team members,” Senior Vice President of Elite Pacific, LLC Andreea Grigore said. “Milo’s diverse and ubiquitous real estate background is the perfect fit for our company.”
The merger between Hawai’i Commercial Real Estate and Elite Pacific LLC, which took two years to accomplish, will only add to the company’s exponential growth it is experiencing, according to Grigore.
Before joining Elite Pacific, LLC, Milo served as the Manager for the Kaua’i District Land Office of DLNR, was the Chairperson for the Hawai’i Housing Finance and Development Corporation, the Chairperson of the Hawai’i Public Housing Authority, and the Executive Director for the non-profit Kaua’i Housing Development Corporation.
Milo’s experience in governmental affairs is one main reason Elite Pacific, LLC chose him.
“Milo’s primary duties will be as Broker-In-Charge of the Property Management division,” Grigore said. “That role will draw on his strengths and experience in risk management, legal compliance and government affairs.”
This addition should only add to the recent efforts to expand the company’s growing business with the merger, according to Grigore.
“Adding dedicated local professionals like Milo to our team allows for dynamic growth as we continue to look for opportunities to serve our clients and the community,” Grigore said. “His high standards of business practice and diverse knowledge is an integral part of our company’s continued success.”
Spindt expressed his excitement about joining the growing company.
“Elite Pacific is positioned to be the top full-service real estate firm in Hawai’i due to its exceptional teams and exquisite customer service in their brokerage, vacation rental, property management, and commercial real estate divisions,” Spindt said in a press release. “I am very excited to be part of their team and look forward to enhancing their portfolio with the knowledge that I can bring.”
