HONOLULU – At its recent annual meeting, the Hawaii Employers Council announced the election of seven Hawaii executives to serve three-year terms as Board members effective January 1, 2021. The incoming Board members are:

• Ed Hudson, SEVP, Chief People Officer, Bank of Hawaii
• Derek Kanehira, Sr. VP, Human Resources, Alexander & Baldwin
• Vivian Yasunaga, Executive VP & CFO, Child & Family Service
• Richard Chinen, VP of Store Operations, KTA Super Stores
• Warren Haruki, President & CEO, Grove Farm Company
• Harrilynn Kameenui, Sr. VP of Administration & Legal Affairs, General Counsel, Pulama Lanai
