Kikue Kaneko
Kikue Kaneko passed away on July 14, 2020, at the age of 99. She was born on Aug. 20, 1920.
Kikue is survived by a daughter, sister, brother, sister-in-law, numerous nieces and nephews.
Private services were held.

Leonarda Valiente Cadiz
Leonarda Valiente Cadiz of Kapa‘a, passed away on Sept. 12, 2020, at her residence at the age of 85. Born in Isabela, Philippines on Nov. 26, 1934. She was a retired housekeeper at Coco Palms Hotel
Leonarda is preceded in death by her parents Amadeo and Alejandra Valiente, husband Josue Cadiz, sisters Emilia Galiza and Andrea Garcia.
Leonarda is survived by her daughters Leonila (Ernie) Basconcillo, Florencia (Irwin) Nakamura, sons Leo (Florence) Cadiz, Alex (Laura) Cadiz, grandchildren Janice, Emette, Lea, Lenny, Liane, Lindsey, Jasmine and Jamie, great-grandchildren Jayda, Evan, Emily, and Brielle.
Friends may visit the family at Aloha Church in Lihu‘e on Saturday, Oct. 10, 2020. Visitation will be held at 8:30 a.m. and service at 9:30 a.m.
There will be a burial to follow at Kaua‘i Memorial Gardens.
