Voters can mail ballots or hand-deliver them to the Elections Division, VSC, or several island fire stations.

Beginning Monday, Aug. 3, voted mail ballots can also be deposited in drop boxes at the Hanapepe, Kalaheo, Kapa‘a or Hanalei fire stations. Ballots must be received by 7 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 8, primary election day, to be counted.
For voters who want to vote in-person or for unregistered individuals who wish to register and vote in the primary election, the VSC is open Monday through Saturday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
On primary election day, the VSC will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. The VSC also offers accessible voting equipment and serves as a ballot drop-off site.
