LIHU‘E — Mailing for primary election 2020 ballots will kick off Tuesday, July 14, according to an announcement from the Office of the County Clerk Elections Division.
The majority of Kaua‘i voters should receive their ballots within two to three days of the mailing date. Any registered voter who does not receive a ballot within five days of the mailing date should contact the Elections Division at 241-4800.
Official election information will only be disseminated directly through the Elections Division of the Office of the County Clerk, the State Office of Elections, or via the county public information officer.
Election officials cannot assure the accuracy of election information obtained through alternate means, so the public is urged to contact the Elections Division directly if they have any questions on material viewed on social media or related sources.

most ballots will never make it….the post office sends our mail to Honolulu first, then back to Kauai….with the lock down, many flights are cancelled and the mail is not running on time and delayed….some items are being shipped on barges for days and weeks…not very well thought out….
if you won the lottery, would you trust the post office and mail the ticket or claim in person ? the post office is a broken system…
