KAPA‘A — The county Department of Public Works announced that GP Maintenance Solutions will begin roadwork in Kapa‘a on weekdays from Monday, June 15 to Friday, June 19, 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., weather-permitting.
The scope of the work includes cleaning, filling and sealing asphalt cracks, along Nunu, ‘I‘iwi and Pelehu road.
Motorists, bicyclists and pedestrians should be on the lookout for road work signs and make arrangements to accommodate lane and road closures.
No street parking within the work zones will be allowed, and any vehicle left on the street in the work zone after 7:30 a.m. will be towed at the driver’s or owner’s expense.
